Filter the Overview tab

The Overview tab of the Parse.ly Dashboard can be filtered by a particular author, section, tag, or campaign group.

Create an Overview filter

1. At the top right of Overview, click the drop-down menu that reads “All Data.”
2. Click “Add Filter” and choose the type of filter: Author, Section, Tag, or Campaign Group.
3. Click “Select filter.”
4. Search for and select the name of the author, section, tag, or campaign group.

Notes on Overview filters

• Up to five custom filters for Overview can be saved at a time.
• Filters may be used in the full-screen version of Overview.
• The Sentiment Headline doesn’t appear on the filtered version of Overview.
• The Overview filter is saved in the URL (e.g., /?overview_author=Author_Name). Bookmark the URL of the filtered Overview tab to quickly return to the filtered view or share it.
