The Author and Section Comparisons Report helps you to judge the effectiveness of your team at meeting various priorities, by allowing you to compare authors versus other authors, or sections versus other sections. You can compare them using any metric that you please: page views, engage time, conversions, and more.
You can choose to look at all the metrics for a given Author or Section, or select specific metrics. There is no limit to how many metrics you choose from those displayed while generating the report.
A beta user of this report was an editor with six journalists specifically working on her team. She decided to schedule this report for the end of every week, including all six journalists, and including “Returning Visitors” as the metric. The journalist with the most loyal audience at the end of each week would get kudos.
