AI Assist FAQ

  • Can I use AI Assist in languages other than English?

AI Assist currently supports English only. While you might get usable responses in other languages, accuracy and reliability aren’t guaranteed. If you’d like us to add a specific language, please email support@parsely.com and let us know which one you need.
  • What’s the model behind AI Assist?

We currently use OpenAI under an enterprise license. This model powers our natural-language understanding and generation, ensuring accurate responses.
  • How secure is our data?

Extremely secure. We’ve built infrastructure protections to prevent unauthorized access and mitigate cyberattacks. For a full overview, refer to the WordPress VIP security policy documentation.
  • Will you use my data to train the model?

No. We never incorporate customer data into training datasets. Our contract with OpenAI explicitly prohibits using customer inputs or analytics data to train or fine-tune their models. For further details, see OpenAI’s Enterprise Privacy page.
  • How do you integrate with OpenAI?

When you ask a question in AI Assist, we package your query into a data request sent to the enterprise OpenAI API. OpenAI responds with a text-based answer, and we then display that answer in the chat interface, along with a link to the relevant dashboard page.
  • Can I restrict which users have access to AI Assist?

Yes. You can grant or revoke this permission via the User Management settings. See Parse.ly User Management for step-by-step instructions.
