### Fixed

 * Fixed the Channels, Campaigns and Conversions sections on post detail pages showing
   sitewide totals instead of data for the post being viewed.
 * Stopped sending alerts and alert error emails to users who no longer have access
   to a site.
 * Printing a page with a pulse chart no longer cuts the chart off at the right 
   edge.
